Firstly, a Happy New Year to you all and your feline families. Many of you will be aware of the present difficulties that are affecting your Club, this is very sad as we have always been known as the 'friendly Club'. It is hoped that one way or another matters will be resolved at the Special General Meeting being held on the 15th January 2012 in respect of which paid up members to the end of December 2011 will have received their ballot paper from the independent secretary appointed for the purpose of the meeting along with an independent chairman.
Breeders amongst you will have been aware of ongoing difficulties in respect of posting kittens on the web page. This problem was supposed to have been resolved sometime ago by the relevant committe member but was not. A solution is in the process of being identified with the host company and we hope the situation can be resolved as soon as possible after the SGM. It is understandable if some of you feel you are not receiving the full benefit of your membership money for this service, please contact the Hon.Treasurer for discussiion in this respect.
